Photo Album: Water Intrusion in West Chester, PA

This customer bought this house and it needed a lot of work so after finishing the upstairs, he turned his attention to the basement.   The basement had an inadequate sump pump, leaked from the foundation, and also had seepage from a window.   We installed a TripleSafe Sump system to take care of his pump issues.  The TripleSafe system includes a Battery back-up system that will take over in the event of a power failure. We also installed the WaterGuard drainage system to stop his foundation seepage.  We installed a proper oversized egress well around his window to keep water away.  As a back up, we installed a WellDuct window well drain to take care of any water inside the well.  The basement is dry and the customer has now contacted us to finishe the basement for him.
