For this Egress install, there was no current basement window in this location so we had to do a fresh cut, through the block foundation. Once we were through we were ready to install the 27x45 In-swing Egress Window, Well and lid. Along with the Egress we also installed a Well Duct to protect from any possible water intrusion, the well duct will direct any water that gets in around the window down to their existing waterproofing system.
