Customer had a finished basement that they would like to use as a living space, but in order to be considered a living space, you would need an emergency exit in place. Like many of our customers, this customer chose to go for an Egress.
We came out and cut an opening through the poured foundation then installed a Slider Egress Window with a RockWell and RockWell Cover. We also installed a WellDuct window drain that tied into their current waterproofing system.
