Photo Album: FlexiSpan Wall Crack Repair in Millersville, MD
This homeowner had a finished basement where water was coming in through a wall with an egress window. We removed the drywall to verify the area with the crack and we recommended our FlexiSpan crack repair system. This repair begins with an injection of a polyurethane sealant along the full length of the crack. Next, a strip of flexible and porous foam is installed over the crack. Finally, an impermeable membrane is adhered to the wall on both sides of the foam strip. Lastly, we restored the drywall to be ready for paint. This repair is warranted against leakage into the basement for a period of 10 years.
