Photo Album: Crawlspace Encapsulation System in North East, MD

This customer reached out to us for help with waterproofing and encapsulating this dirt floor crawlspace. Here we started by doing a mold treatment followed by laying down drainage matting and lining the entire area in our Cleanspace Vapor Barrier. We then installed a SmartSump sump pump system with a Waterwatch alarm and an Iceguard to prevent floods from a clogged or frozen discharge line. Lastly, we installed a Sanidry Sedona to keep the humidity level low.
