Photo Album: Newark De Egress Installation

This basement project consisted of basement waterproofing and installations of basement windows, one of those being an Egress. This album will focus on the basement windows and Egress part of the project. The windows we installed at this property were out EverLast windows and they were accompanied by our Sunhouse enclosures. We also installed a 60 x 48 Egress with a Rockwell and Rockwell Cover.

Upgraded Basement Window and Well

Here we installed our EverLast Basement Window with our Sunhouse Enclosure. This enclosure has a drain installed that is connected to the current waterproofing system. If and when the well begins to collect water, it will drain down to the waterguard, be directed over to the TripleSafe and then pumped out and away from the house.
