This customer reached out to Basement Systems USA with concerns of water entering through only one side of the unfinished basement, when it would rain. We sent our inspector Tom Keene out to evaluate and provide a solution to correct this water intrusion. The solution provided and installed was Waterguard and CleanSpace along the problematic wall. The Cleanspace Vapor Barrier will direct any intruding water down to the waterguard which will flow over to the SuperSump Pump that we installed as well and get pumped out of the basement. To finish up the waterproofing we installed IceGuard to the sump pump discharge system, this will allow water to escape in those cold winter months when pipes may freeze. Last but not least, we installed our SaniDry Dehumidifier to keep humidity levels low durning those warm humid months.

SuperSump and SaniDry Sedona
Our SaniDry Dehumidifier has a condensation line that will empty right into our SuperSump Pump, which means, there is no hassle for the homeowner to have to manually empty the dehumidifier every time it is full.
