This New Castle DE customer reached out to Basement Systems USA wanting to turn their standard basement window in to an Egress. Basement was finished and the current window was just not allowing enough natural lighting in to the basement. We came out and installed our 27x45 Inswing Egress along with our 48x66x48 RockWell. It was also mentioned by the customer that durning heavy rainfalls, he can some times hear water trickle in from behind the paneling so along with the Egress window, we installed a Wellduct with a SuperSump Pump.
