Photo Album: Flangeless WaterGuard in Baltimore, MD
At this home in the unfinished basement there had been floor cracks that were getting wider as more water was coming up through. We dug a trench below grade for us to install our flangeless WaterGuard that will capture and carry any water to sump pump system. This drainage channel is hidden beneath a layer of poured concrete and lays flush to the foundation floor that once installed, invisible preventing any type of tripping hazard.
Foundation Cracks
You can locate where the cracks are on the concrete foundation and see moisture seeping in.
Flangeless WaterGuard
Once we dug a trench into the foundation the crew laid the Flangeless WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system.
Poured Concrete
Lastly, the concrete was poured to cover the below drain which now lays flush to foundation floor making it a non tripping hazard.
