The only complaint that I have about the work done is that when it came time to return my hot water tank back to its location near the wall of the basement I found that the installers had placed the port hole for the system right where I needed to put my hot water tank in order to reconnect it. Luckily I can still gain access to the port hole and didn't end up having to re-route my piping but it is semi-covered by the tank which is a bit of a hassle. Other than that I was very happy to see that they were able to install the system without having to cut away my finished walls.
Only complaint was an oversight on their part as described in the Other Comments section. The guys were very professional and would gladly have them do work for me again.
I was surprised when they actually mopped up the floors in the work area, that was great!
