There was initially some confusion around scheduling. I was told I was scheduled a certain week and then when I called the main office I was told they did not have my scheduled and could not get me in for a few more weeks. Management did make sure that I got on the schedule as soon as possible which was good. I got the sunhouse window well to replace an old rotting metal well. The sunhouse by itself is not a waterproof product which I was aware of so I wanted to also get some sort of drain. The wellduct product was good but required the expensive water guard product. Instead of this, I spoke with the Service Manager about just using a regular pvc pipe to connect the well to my sump pump which is right inside the window well. They were able to do for far less than the duct and water guard. My installer Jordan Forester was very nice and answered all my questions. The sunhouse was originally installed without an extension and was not deep enough so they had to come back and add the extension. Jordan worked hard and made sure that I was pleased at the end of the job.
Salesperson Ian Gattuso told me he had scheduled me and I sent him the signed contract but the main office told me that I was not scheduled and they didn’t get my signed contract so there was a disconnect there.
Wanted the job done quickly and did not want to look for too many companies. Quote was reasonable and company had good reviews. I did think the sunhouse window would be a lot deeper than it actually was.
