Both installation crews were first rate. They were respectful of the property, did their work in a professional manner, and they were friendly.
They left the part of the basement where they worked looking the cleanest and best it ever has.
What made you choose our company:
Every other sales rep who came said we needed French drains around the entire perimeter of the basement. Tom Keene came in and listened to our history with water in the basement, diagnosed the actual area where work had to be done, and suggested a solution based on where water was actually coming from. Also, I liked the booklet that explained in detail how leaks happen and how they can be mitigated. Also liked the unique water guard and other products unique to Basement Systems USA
