Basement Finishing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Remodeling in Baltimore MD

Customer was trying to sell their home when their water heater broke and flooded a portion of the basement. We were called upon to not only waterproof a portion of the basement but to also refinish what they had to tear out.  For the waterproofing portion of this project we installed a 36" CleanSpace Vapor Barrier on the lower portion of the wall, Waterguard a Super Sump Pump and IceGuard. As for the Finishing portion we installed our Everlast Wall Restoration. The Everlast Wall Restoration is a great replacement for drywall that has been ripped out due to water damage. Everlast Wall Restoration is fully waterproof and over 100% stronger than coventional drywall.
