Basement Finishing Photo Album: Total Basement Finishing in West Chester, PA

Initial call from this customer was to assess the crawlspace for structural repair and waterproofing, while we were out there we were asked to take a look at the basement and provide a free estimate for finishing as well. Basement was currently unfinished with an uneven cracked concrete floor and painted concrete walls that were peeling due to moisture.  This was a big job for us, not only did we do the repairs in the crawlspace but we did waterproofing and finishing of the basement as well. For the Finishing portion of this job we first had to repair and level out the concrete floor so we could place down Natural Oak, MillCreek Flooring. We made a half wall for the staircase and a made a closet to hide the oil tank. The materials used to create the half wall, closet and full walls was none other than our Zen Wall Panels. We also painted the ceiling, installed lighting and replaced 4 old basement windows with brand new EverLast windows.
