Basement Finishing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing and Remodeling in Wilmington DE

This Wilmington DE customer had a not only a finished basement, but they had a leaky basement as well. Whenever the area was hit with heavy rainfall, water would leak down the foundation wall and after time had ruined the wall panels and tile flooring. We started this project by first ripping out and hauling away the damaged panels and flooring. We then got on to installing a waterproofing system which included a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard a SuperSump Pump and IceGuard. Once the basement was dry and protected from any water intrusion, we then moved on to the remodel of the basement.  The remodeling portion of this project included a full ceiling install with recessed lighting, our Elite Plank- Gray flooring throughout the basement and our Sandstone tile flooring in the bathroom. We installed our EverLast Wall Restoration panels and lastly we installed a brand new Egress window.
