Basement Finishing Photo Album: Drexel Hill PA Basement Finishing

This customer was not ready when a flash flood hit the area and brought water in to their finished basement. Not wanting to be stuck in that situation again, they reached out to Basement Systems USA for help. Not only did we do the basement waterproofing but we also helped with remodeling this once, finished basement. First comes the waterproofing, the product installed to keep this basement free and clear of water from another possible flash flood, was our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, Waterguard, TripleSafe Sump pump and IceGuard. Following the waterproofing is the basement finishing. The product used for the finishing portion included a Complete ceiling install with recessed lighting, we put up our TBF Wall Restoration panels and our Grey- Elite Plank flooring. Now, this once wet basement, is ready to take on many storms to come all while keeping beautiful and dry.

TBF Wall Restoration

These Wall Restoration panels are great when drywall or wood paneling like the above picture, have become damaged due to a leaky basement. No point of ripping out and replacing all of the drywall if all of it is not damaged, our Wall restoration panels are used to restore the bottom of the finished walls and can be installed up to 32".

Thermal Dry Elite Plank Flooring

Looking for a real wood look but know better than to install actual wood flooring in the basement, look no further than our Elite Plank flooring. Our Elite Plank flooring is designed so that each tile locks together and have raised pegs on the bottom that suspends them above the cold damp concrete which allows the flooring to breath and not trap any water vapors. With the locking system, if your basement happens to collect water for whatever reason, the flooring can easily be removed and re-installed once the area is dry.

Ceiling Tiles

The ceiling tiles we use are non-organic and is guaranteed against mold and sagging.
