Basement Finishing Photo Album: Added Living Space in Baltimore MD

Current customer of Basement Systems reached back out to us after we waterproofed his basement, now wanting to look into receiving a free estimate for finishing his basement. We sent out the original inspector, Jeff Yentzer, to assess the area and work with the customer on how they would like to turn this unfinished space, into a useable area. His vision was to make the basement into a mini apartment that included a kitchenette and a full bathroom. We were able to bring this to life by adding our Unfinished EverLast Wall Panel System around the perimeter of the basement, installing our Elite Plank, Gray flooring, Linen Drop Ceiling and we removed and replaced the original toilet in the basement as well as added a bathroom sink and shower. With these items, we were able to add a laundry area, the kitchenette he wanted, the full bathroom and he can add a bedroom and still have space left over for entertainment.
