Basement Waterproofing for Elkton MD Restaurant

The owner of this restaurant in Elkton Md reached out to Basement Systems USA looking for help for his wet basement. For as long as his restaurant has been open, he has been getting water in the basement and since the basement always collected water, he could not utilize this large space for much needed storage.

After sending our inspector Keith Miller out to assess this basement, he came up with the best solution to not only keep it dry during rainy weather, but to also make this large basement, a useable space.

This installation consisted of Waterguard and a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the full perimeter of the basement, two Triple Safe Sump Pumps with Ultra Sump Battery Back-ups and a Trench Drain. We also removed and hauled away most of the current concrete floor and poured a new concrete pad in its place.
