EverLast Basement Window Replacement in Elkton MD

This customer had an old broken basement window that was currently being covered by a piece of foam. If you don't mind a spike in your energy bill due to cold air leaking in or a wet basement due to water leaking in, then this would not concern you, but to this customer, it was concerning and she was ready to correct it.

We came out and installed a brand new EverLast Basement Window and a Sunhouse Enclosure which includes a window well and cover. This alone will not guarantee a moisture free basement, but we can guarantee a dry basement when tied in with a Wellduct, Waterguard and a SumpPump, which can also be added in at a later time. To finish up the project we went around the basement and sprayed our RimTight Spray foam to cover any cracks or gaps in the foundation to assure no cold drafts would get in. 

After the project Basement Systems USA has completed, the customer is now on the right track to having an energy efficient and dry basement.
