This home in Belair, MD had a foul odor coming from the crawl space. The space had to be completely cleaned out, including the old, moldy insulation (which should never be used in crawl spaces or other damp areas). We installed our CleanSpace Crawl Space Encapsulation System which forms a vapor barrier between the ground and your home to keep out moisture and keep bugs and other pests at bay. Overlapping the CleanSpace, we put SilverGlo foam insulation on all of the walls. SilverGlo makes your crawl space and the floors above warmer, which will have a positive effect on your heating bill !  As you can see, this crawl space was transformed into a safe, dry, odor free environment.
