Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Leaky Basement in Baltimore, MD

This customer had one room in the basement that leaked when it rained. There was also water coming from his exterior stairwell area.  We installed WaterGuard drainage system with a Super Sump System to stop the foundation seepage.  We also installed the ThermalDry vapor barrier to seal the moisture out.  In the stairwell, we removed the landing and installed a new concrete pad with a TrenchDrain so the water would no longer overflow into the basement.
