Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Crack in foundation in Elkton, MD

Customer had a vertical crack in their basement. A previous attempt to repair it failed and it started leaking again, so they called Basement Systems USA to address the problem.  We found that it was not only the crack that was leaking, but there was also signs of seepage in the cove where the wall meets the floor. The first thing we did was remove the moldy drywall at the bottom of the wall. This also gave us access to repair the crack and install a drainage system.  We repaired the cracks with the FlexiSpan system and we installed WaterGuard with a SuperSump to stop the cove seepage.   We used the TBF Everlast wall panels to repair the bottom of the wall.  Unlike drywall, TBF panels are guaranteed for 50 years against water or mold damage.
