Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Permanent Fix for Leaking Wall Crack and Groundwater Seepage in Lansdowne, PA

This customer had standiing water right up against his foundation, causing water to seep through the wall and into his basement. We installed WaterGuard in the area of the leaks and CleanSpace Wall vapor barrier on the bottom half of the wall and tucked it into the WaterGuard. Any leaks or vapor coming through the wall will be caught by the CleanSpace and directed into the WaterGuard where it will drain away into the sump and be pumped out by the new SuperSump featuring an airtight lid and a Water Watch Alarm to alert you if the pump were ever to fail. A large crack in the wall, under a window, was repaired with FlexiSpan - a permanent fix that will never crack or leak. Old problems fixed with new, state-of-the-art products.
