This was a crawlspace that during a home inspection they found standing water, a small amount of mold, and a sump pump that was never used. Not only did we installed a SmartSump with probe alarm, CleanSpace for a vapor barrier but, we also did a full mold remediation. Now the crawlspace is a dry, mold free and a usable space.
