Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Full Demo and Waterproofing in Baltimore (Hamilton area), MD

This customer reached out to us because they wanted their old, moldy basement to be demoed, waterproofed, and treated for mold. Before we got started on the wateproofing, we came in with our team and tore down interior walls along with the tile floor. The first step was to open up the floor along the perimeter of the basement and install the patented WaterGuard drainage system. We then installed our three-pump system, the TripleSafe, in order to safeguard against any future leaks.  The final step in the installation was to apply our Mold X2 treatment throughout the basement and install the SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier in order to keep humidity levels low preventing the potential for new or recurring mold growth.  This customer's basement is now a healthy and dry space all the time!
