Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: New Stairwell Construction in Glen Burnie

Customers exterior basement stairwell was starting to deteriorate and the cracked concrete pad was allowing water to seep into the basement. We came out and tore out the old stairwell, constructed a brand new stairwell with a black hand rail and black railing, we poured a brand new concrete pad and also installed a Trench drain at the bottom of the stairs along with waterguard to direct any water to their existing sump pump.
