This Baldwin customer reached out to Basement Systems USA in need of basement waterproofing. The customer had multiple locations in the basement, where water would come through the block foundation whenever it rained. We sent our experienced inspector, Jeff Yentzer, out to the property to assess and come up with the best solution for correcting the water intrusion. The solution Jeff came up with was to install Waterguard and a CleanSpace along the problematic wall. The CleanSpace will direct any water intruding through the foundation, down to the Waterguard which will then direct the water over to our SuperSump Pump that we installed as well and will be pumped out of the basement and away from the house.
