Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Forest Hill MD Basement Waterproofing

This home in Forest Hill MD had window wells that would fill up and leak in to the basement through the windows when the area would receive a fast hard rain. Basement Systems USA came out to this property and installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier around the problematic walls, we replaced the current window wells with our Sunhouse wells and installed new EverLast windows. We added Wellducts to each window that will tie into our Waterguard drainage system and flow over to our SuperSump Pump to get pumped out of the basement.

Wet Basement

Here was one of the problematic windows that would allow water to leak into the basement. As you can see stains on both the wall and floor from the leaking window.

WellDuct

This window well drain works by drilling a hole through the foundation wall, right below the window, we then install a strainer on the outside of the hole, the wellduct is fastened and sealed to the wall as you see in this photo and leads down and is connected to the perimeter drainage system in play.
