We received a call from this customer with concerns of water entering into the crawlspace through the crawlspace door, during rain storms as well as the floors above the crawlspace were known to get cold during the winter months. After sending our inspector Jeff Yentzer our to evaluate the crawlspace, there was more to just water intrusion and cold floors. It was discovered that two beams in the crawlspace needed support as well.
Basement Systems USA came out and installed 2 Smart Jacks under the 2 support beams, we installed Drainage Matting with CleanSpace, SmartPipe and a SuperSump Pump. Basement Systems also replaced the main crawlspace door and 2 crawlspace vents.
