At this home in an unfinished basement a window well didn't drain properly which caused water to flow in and around the window causing leakage in the basement. In order to prevent a flooded window well we installed our WellDuct Window Well drain that will safely carry any water in the well to our sub-floor drain system. Our window duct is designed to prevent basement flooding and the homeowner will never have to worry about future build up against the basement windows.
