Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: WaterGuard in Baltimore, MD
At this property the stone cobble wall was taking in water and leaking down onto the floor. The team went to the home and dug a trench along the wall to install the WaterGuard sub-floor drain to capture the the leakage coming through. Once we removed the debris we sealed the our install with cement and connected it to the sump pump system, which will successfully flow the water away from the floor.
Sump Pump
This is where the sump pump will be installed and have the WaterGuard drain system flow into.

Once we dug the trench and removed the debris we laid down the sub-floor drainage system.
Cement
Once the installation was complete we laid cement that will cure overtime which creates that flush look between the wall and floor
