In this basement there was a wall crack in the foundation that was causing water intrusion into the home. We cut back the dry wall to access the foundation wall for the crew to install our FlexiSpan crack repair that is designed to permanently stop the water leakage coming out of the crack. Once the FlexiSpan dried we then placed our CleanSpace Wall System that will lay over the installation and protects the below grade level from any moisture.

After the dry wall was trimmed back and hauled away, we located the crack where the water damage was coming from.
