At this home the owners noticed water was on the floor after a storm but didn't know where it was coming in from. We sent a technician out and saw a portion of where the unfinished basement was had a crack in the foundation that was causing water to intrude. We installed our FlexiSpan System which is a three-part process of a flexible sealant that goes the full length of the crack and prevents any further seepage coming into the home.
