Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Oxford, PA Stone Foundation Waterproofing

This homeowner recently purchased this 1915, stone foundation build in Oxford, PA. Not long after the purchase did they have concerns with water intrusion in the unfinished basement. They had a sump pump, but it was not in working condition, thus allowing heavy water seep through the foundation walls. Wanting to finish the basement down the road, this customer knew they needed to first waterproof it. Basement Systems USA came out and installed our WaterGuard Drainage System around the full perimeter as well as our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. The final piece to this full waterproofing system was the install of our TripleSafe Sump Pump System.

Pictured here is our CleanSpace Vapor barrier, which directs any incoming moisture down to the Waterguard drainage system. Although you may not see the drainage system. It is steady at work directing any incoming water over to your sump pump.

Perimeter Drainge

We installed our Waterguard Drainage System around the full perimeter of the basement and then our Drytrak Drainage System around those heating obstacles pictured above.

Triple Safe

Once the water has entered into the drainage system it is directed over to our TripleSafe sump pump which comes equipped with a 1/3hp zoeller pump as well as a secondary 1/2 hp zoeller pump. This system also comes with our UltraSump Battery Backup which comes in handy during those large storms that knock out your power. This back up will kick on during the outage and continue to pump out any water coming in.
