Basement Waterproofing Photo Album: Basement Waterproofing in Baltimore, MD
No one wants the negative effects of a wet basement such as musty smells, pests, and even mold growth. This homeowner in Baltimore, MD called us after noticing moisture seeping through their basement walls and floors. This happens because the soil around the foundation is loose and becomes saturated during heavy rainfall. Our System Design Specialist, Jeff, provided an inspection and suggested they waterproof the basement. Our foreman, Jeremey, began by installing the CleanSpace Wall Vapor Barrier. This is a water and mold-resistant liner that provides insulation to the basement to keep it dry. Next, Jeremy installed the WaterGuard Drain System which will collect water and drain it to the sump pump.
