In Aberdeen, MD, this project involved solving both water and foundation issues for a homeowner. Their basement, especially the bathroom and laundry areas, would flood during heavy rainfall due to water seeping through the floor. The lack of pipe leaks suggested a need for an external solution, so they called Basement Systems USA for assistance. Our photos show each step of the installation, from setting up the WaterGuard drainage system and SuperSump pump to placing the WellDuct and drain tile connection. These systems work to capture and redirect water, keeping the basement dry. We also installed CarbonArmor wall supports, which reinforce the basement walls against any pressure that could cause shifting or bowing. The final images reveal a transformed basement. With the waterproofing and wall stabilization in place, the homeowner was thrilled with their secure, dry basement and the added peace of mind the CarbonArmor supports brought to their home. This project showcases how combining water, and structural protection can make a dramatic difference.
