This property had a crawlspace that lead directly to the basement and when it would rain, water would come in through the crawlspace and leak into the basement. To correct this issue we installed Smart Sump with floor alarm, Smart pipe which collects water from perimeter of your crawlspace and drains to the Smart Pump, a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier, DryTrak, and a Trench Drain.
