This customer had a damp, cold and damage crawlspace that was in desperate need of repair. Customers current crawlspace situation was, damaged joist due to termites and ruined insulation due to the collected moisture.
First step to this crawlspace rescue was debris and insulation removal, when that was completed we then sistered all joist that were damaged by termites. Once the joist were take care of we moved on to the waterproofing and replacement of insulation. Our insulation install consisted of our SilverGlo Crawlspace Wall Insulation which features a radiant barrier that reflects heat back into the crawlspace. For the Waterproofing portion we installed a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier with Drainage Matting.
