Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawlspace Encapsulation in Villanova PA
This was a current customer of ours, we had already been out to their property for some crawlspace work which included a SuperSump with Battery Back up, DryTrak around the perimeter and a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier. They reached out to us more recently wanting to now encapsulate their crawlspace. For the encapsulation and completion of this crawlspace waterproofing, we installed a CleanSpace with Drainage Matting. CleanSpace is a vapor barrier that is installed on the walls and floor of the crawlspace and the Drainage Matting is actually installed underneath the CleanSpace and creates a drainage area under the liner for water flow to the SuperSump.
