Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawlspace Insulation and Waterproofing in Wilmington DE

When Hurricane Ida hit the East Coast, it brought record high amounts of rain and flash flooding for areas in its path. This customer here experienced the high amounts of rain which ended up bringing some water in to his concrete floor crawlspace. Once he realized there was a water issue in the crawlspace, he contacted Basement Systems USA for help.  We sent our certified inspector, Keith Miller, out to this property to assess the crawlspace and work up a free, no obligation estimate that would protect this crawlspace from the many rainstorms to come. Our solution for this crawlspace was to install Waterguard along the problematic walls as well as CleanSpace. This crawlspace was in two sections so we installed 2 Smart Sumps, one at each end as well as a SaniDry Dehumidifier and SilverGlo Insulation. This crawlspace is now ready to take on not only the rainy spring and fall seasons, but the hot humid summer and the harsh cold winters as well.
