Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Baltimore MD Crawlspace Encapsulation

This customer reached out to Basement Systems USA for some help with keeping water out of his crawlspace. During Heavy rains, water would find its way in to his crawlspace and sit and puddle. After time, if this problem is not taken care of, the moisture would soak in to the wood structure and begin to grow mold and rot.  We came out to this property and installed Smart Pipe along one problematic wall and fully encapsulated the crawlspace with our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier. Our last touch to this install was installing our Airtight, CleanSpaceVent Covers.
