Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawlspace Make Over in New Providence PA
This New Providence PA home had a dirt and stone floor crawlspace that had very high moisture content which caused mold growth. Solutions for this type of issue vary from home to home, but in this case, to correct the moisture and mold, we first did a MoldX2 treatment. We followed up with an install of our Drainage Matting with CleanSpace Vapor Barrier then continued with a Smart Pipe install around the perimeter and a SmartSump with alarm. As extra added protection we also did an install of our SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.

Encapsulation
Below the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier we have our Drainage Matting installed. The Drainage Matting is equipped with small dimples that will raise the CleanSpace liner, allowing a channel that leads to the perimeter drain, for water flooding the crawlspace.

Our SaniDry Sedona dehumidifier ties directly into the the SmartPump so no manual draining is required.
