This crawlspace in Conowingo MD had a concrete floor that was constantly damp and because of the constant moisture, the insulation started to fall down. Basement Systems USA solution to this damp crawlspace was to encapsulate. To start this project off, we first installed our Waterguard around the perimeter of the crawlspace, we then set down our Drainage Matting and installed our CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over top and even wrapped the piers. To finalize this crawlspace project, we installed 8 brand new vent covers and installed a SaniDry Sedona Dehumidifier.
