Crawl Space Repair Photo Album: Crawl Space Encapsulation in Port Penn, DE

This Port Penn crawl space had extreme moisture issues. Water would seep into the space, and began to soak the insulation up in the joists of the crawl space. This caused the insulation to begin falling down and drip onto the floor of the space, creating puddles. Our team encapsulated the space by laying our drainage matting on the floor, then laying our CleanSpace vapor barrier system on top. New SilverGlo insulation was installed along the walls as well. In addition, both a smart drain and SaniDry dehumidifier system were installed to prevent moisture, odors, and mold.
