Egress Photo Album: Egress Install In West Chester PA
This was a large exterior project for us, the customer was looking to demo his old retaining wall, build a new wall and also install new window wells and covers along with an Egress.
This album here will focus on the Egress and window well installs.
This customer already had a walk out basement along with an egress window, so an emergency exit was not needed, but, the current egress was extremely old and was allowing water to seep in to the basement.
We came out and tore out the the wood around the egress, we then did a digout to fit the large 72" Egress Rockwell and included a Rockwell Cover. We also replaced one of the old small basement windows with our EverLast Basement Window and installed 2 Sunhouse wells with Sunhouse covers.

Here was the customers original Egress with no well just allowing water to empty right in to the basement
Basement Window
You can not see due to the dirt and grass, but there is a basement window on this side of the house
Dig out
Digging out for RockWell, once the well is in place we will then fill around it with the dirt.
