In this home the old well duct would leak during rain storms and the drain would clog from the overwhelming water in the window. We removed the old window well and installed our RockWell Egress Window that is a plastic one-piece highly effective for it's durability and seals out any type of moisture. This window brightens your basement and also works as an emergency exit from the home with built-in steps to make it easier to leave.
