This property was vacant and bank owned, in order to get the property on the market, they had to take care of the significant structure damage done. Quite a few bowing walls, foundation cracks and water intrusion just to name a few.  This was a big project, to correct the water intrusion we installed a SuperSump pump and waterguard, the waterguard will direct any water entering the basement over to the SuperSump to get pumped out.  To correct the failing structure we installed 16 Full Wall Channel Anchors and 4 Geo Lock Wall Anchors. Wall anchors work by extending from your wall to the soil beyond your home. They anchor into the stronger soils and brace the foundation wall, preventing any further movement.
