This customer had 2 major cracks in his foundation that were really concerning. He had numerous companies out to his property, but no one could give any solutions. Finally he met with a structural engineer who pin pointed his issue and sent him our way for correction. We came out and not only did the structural repair, but on top of the foundation cracks, the customer had water intrusion as well. Our solution for this basements water problems was to install Waterguard around the perimeter of the basement and then install a TripleSafe Sump Pump. Now to assess the foundation cracks, we installed a Full Wall Channel Anchor System. This system will stabilize walls that are bowing in and will keep them from tipping or leaning in at the top. The Anchor System can also straighten the bowing wall, over time.
