Foundation Repair Photo Album: Baltimore, MD Crawlspace in need of Moisture Control and Structural Support

This crawlspace had a lot of moisture and was starting to have mold growth but not only was mold starting to grow, the moisture was taking a toll on structural support for the floors above and causing them to sag. Our solution for this crawlspace was to first treat the mold. To do so we did a Mold X2 treatment, for the moisture control we installed Drainage Matting with a CleanSpace Vapor Barrier over top and for the structural support we installed an 8' steel beam for joist support and then 2 Smart Jacks. This crawlspace is now free of mold and moisture and the floors are no longer sagging.
