A Structural Engineer was originally called out to this Philadelphia home to assess the structural condition of the customers basement. The report came back stating the joist in the basement needed sistered and there was a significant sag in the floors above meaning they needed to install extra supports.
We came out to the property and sistered 18 joist and installed 3 Smart Jacks right next to the basement stairs where there was a sag in the floors.

After time, the support below this section of the flooring started to go causing a sag and noticeable gapping from the base of the trim.
